Routines have always been a helpful part of my life when it comes to building habits that support

the kind of life I want to lead and the type of person I want to be. I kind of want to repeat that

because I will tell you the truth without intentionality I will not do either of those things

I will fall back on bad habits or routines that don't serve me and I will not live those
