My morning routine.

I once again, I don't like to be rigid, but I will say what I'm doing right now.

So I will meditate for 20 minutes when I wake up.

I don't get out of bed or anything.

I just meditate right away.

Then, and I'll do either transcendental meditation, which is where you kind of repeat a of repeat a mantra. I think you could also repeat any mantra. Or I'll do Monro Meditations. They have an app called Expand App,

which is a really fun way to like their meditations to connect with your heart. Or I'll just do like

my own meditation where like Abrahamics kind of recommends.

You just listen to like the air conditioner.

Anything to get me, basically anything to get me out of my logic.

The next thing I'll do my therapist makes me do is ground myself.

So I have to do grounding breaths.

And of course me not talking, walking my own talk, sometimes I forget to do this,

important thing yeah for people like us um who are in all these realms right because being in earth

is so important we're here to experience life and so i'll ground myself when i remember um if i'm

feeling anxious i'll resource myself meaning that i I'll let it come to, you know,

the forefront of my mind, what maybe I'm worried about and like what kind of, you know,

part is that attached to like what kind of inner child, what kind of belief is like maybe false

...
