| 1:10.0 | That's a big goal for me. I'd like to lose some weight. Get better shape this year, get better sleep. So far, so good. |
| 1:17.0 | In 2022, I have not had one alcoholic beverage this year, not even just a glass of wine so I'm going to try to |
| 1:24.9 | really limit that as much as I can in 2022 you know if we go out for a with friends here and |
| 1:30.1 | now I'm not going to go crazy but I am really not going to make that a part of my nighttime routine. |
| 1:34.2 | I don't need all those extra calories. I don't need to feel like crap. I don't need this alcohol in my body. |
| 1:38.0 | So physical health, right? Making sure that we're getting better sleep, I can see that that's the top of top of mind for a lot of people. |
