And the good thing about questions are you don't know that you may have the question that you

want until someone else asks that question, right? So within my program, when we do our group coaching calls, which we do

like pretty much every week, people go, oh my goodness, I had that question, but I didn't even know

I had that question. So as you listen to this episode, if you listen to another podcast or you listen

to the replay on YouTube, or if you're here live on YouTube, I'm going to try to explain some of these

questions in a broad way and a specific way that will give us the ability to apply it to

yourself. That's what I'm trying to say, right? So let's go ahead into it. Now, one of the first

questions I got was if you're wanting to learn more about NLP, and if you don't know what

NLP is, it stands for neurolinguistic programming, and it was actually modeled based on

psychotherapy and hypnosis. So it has its tires to hypnosis, like Dr. Milton Er Erickson and then Richard Bauer, John Grinder,

studied this family psychotherapist called Virginia Sotier and also Dr. Milton Erickson

who did the hypnosis and ultimately they came up with this idea of how to help people and they called it neuro-linguistic program.

Think about it as using language to reprogram how your mind works.

So it's almost like linguistic, program, mind.

So I kind of just summarize it in that way with the neuro, the brain, the linguistic, the language, and programming.

So they asked me, if you want to get into it, like learning, NLP, like, say you didn't want

do an NLP training of mine, you just want to, like, kind of have a good idea of what NLP is.
