how do you know how much fat and how much muscle do you know you have in your body? I think people love to get numbers and say I'm holding 50 pounds of muscle, 100 pounds of muscle,

maybe I have 20 pounds fat. But this is quite a complex thing. I think people that put too much merit

in this are kind of wasting some energy. Like the main thing to me is visually, can you see that

You can use things like a scale at home, which will tell your body fat and you could try to calculate that online and kind of some crazy metrics or ask chat or something like that. It's going to be horrendously, horrendously wrong. You could use calipers to get an indication of where you are at fat-wise. There's a lot of human error in the measurement.
