I've been having and hauling on whether I should do it, whether I shouldn't do it for

a while now and I'll kind of tell you where that started.

So many of you know that I send out these daily mindset upgrades every single day, seven

days a week.

There are these short audio messages that reflect how I get my head right every day, how

I stay in the game, how I practice becoming a better thinker.

And I send them out seven days a week.

And sometimes I will delete one.
