releasing negative energy. That's right. So if you consider what our mind and body is, it is energy. And if we are

consumed with negative emotions like anger, sadness, fear, guilt, heart, shame, resentment,

or if we're going through a certain conflict, or if we have limiting thoughts and beliefs

about ourselves, like the inner critic, then it is energy.

So why not use hypnosis to start to cleanse that energy, to release it, and to reclaim our energy ultimately,

so we can be the person that we need to be.

Now if you have earphones, I prefer you to put them on if you can.

I'll be moving my voice around your mind as we go into a trance to make that change.
