Looking forward to it, dreading it, like it, hate it, I'm curious.

Because what this episode is all about is I'm giving you, well, all the reasons

it's not my faith, but I'm also giving you my annual self-love ritual. I'm going to walk you through

it. It's something that whether you are single or partnered, you will absolutely

love to do, and I've been sharing it annually for, I swear it has to be at least 10 years, if not 15.

And we love it. For most people, it just, you can do it along with if you celebrate Valentine's Day,

great. Do this along with. It is a really radical self-love ritual,
