And following the trends that are happening in the market, we do these live shows every Tuesday at noon, eastern time.

And one of the big trends I wanted to look at today is what's happening in the housing market as it relates to single family homes.

And we're going to dive into some numbers today as to exactly what's going on.

You may have been watching and seeing well, man, these interest rates are incredibly

low, right? it's still like hovering

around two dollars and or excuse me to to to 90 2.9% 2.9% 2.87% kind of fluctuates from day to day, but still been consistently under 3%.

And there's just no single families.

So have you noticed that there are no single family homes?

It's just hard to find, almost impossible to find.

So there are a lot of things that are wrong with the housing market right now.

You know, we've talked recently about the housing shortage,

but today I want to cover one facet of this problem that

isn't talked about that often, and it's one that affects investors directly.

So it's all this big money.

It's let's be honest here it's Wall Street.

It's the big money cashing in on rental real estate.

Specifically pension funds, investment firms,

and Wall Street banks have been snapping up homes left and right.
