Summary

Today on the podcast, I have the great privilege of speaking with NCAA Champ, Team BOSS member, and professional runner for On, Aaliyah Miller! In high school, she ran 2:02 in the 800m, represented Team USA with silver at IAAF World U20 Championship, and perhaps craziest of all, won the 400m, 800m, and 1600m, at her state meet her senior year. Aaliyah then went on to Baylor, where she won the 2021 NCAA Indoor 800m title in a meet record of 2:00.69 and became a 6xschool record holder at Baylor.

This conversation with Aaliyah was so much fun and very insightful. As you can read above, Aaliyah has had an incredibly successful career so it was an awesome opportunity to deconstruct her career and hear about the ups, downs, and everything in between! We discuss her high school years, Baylor + winning an NCAA title, signing with On + Team BOSS, and hear about her future plans.
