Hello everyone and welcome to L.S. James and John Lovin's on BBC Radio Five Live.

As ever, currently this is a pre-recorded show,

but it's a pre-recorded show with a slight difference because, folks,

today is our one-year anniversary of being on Five Live.

Hey! Happy birthday!

Yes, very, very exciting. And to think, John, in that time, in those 12 months,

we have managed to successfully win over a small proportion of the listenership.

I know, I know, it's incredible how we have persuaded a handful of people to sort of change their

minds and the rest are just stop lists. Yeah, me know. More than a handful, I'd say on average,

we get at least two emails a week saying, hey, did you at first, couldn't stand you, really

despised you, and now, actually, you're all right. So, if you extrapolate that over a year,

that's over a hundred people that we've bought around. And, Dave, excitingly, we only need to

continue to broadcast on Five Live for another half a million years before we've clawed back the

listeners that we initially lost. And so, it is very, very positive here. That's not true.

May I add, just for the records, our listening figures are very healthy. Oh, here we go.

Dave, the company man, desperately trying to sell us. PR, a spin this. Speaking of figures, Dave,

do you want to drill down a bit into the amount of over 55s we've lost? Because we do have those

figures to hand, I'm pretty sure, because I've just the vibrancy of our youth. I'm 38,

and Ellis is 40, 40. No, 39, you're a father of two. It's 39, you cheeky-git. I am 39. But between us,
