a lot of people overlook is that I've spent quite a bit of

time this summer this summer just traveling around and it's been super fun and I think a lot of us

look forward to vacation almost in an unhealthy way like I have to get away from this regular life

and what I find I do love the travel and I do love all the new adventures. I think that's

super fun. But I have built such a fun, nourishing life for myself with good habits that I miss
