I was doing a conversation today with the psychiatrist,

not because I needed to, but because we were talking about how hard it can be for some people to go back now to not just

a sort of normal life but a more normal life and seeing people again and meeting people

and talking to people in some form outside of actually just electronically

you know we're actually meeting people and because I think some people are going to find

that a bit of difficult. I know but I always have found it difficult so it's just

a little worse for me.

I'm quite happy just to just to sort of maintain a sense of isolation for the rest of my days now.

Yeah, well that's what I think is what because I've been talking to other people.

A lot of them are saying actually you know we're quite liking the the time on our own and I know you've got kids so you're not really on your own but you know the idea that you can I mean I there are parts of what I've been doing, so self isolating in my flat in London,

only seeing my, I went to see my kids last weekend for the first time, you know, and that was great.
