All right so Sunny you are a former guest of the James Smith Academy when you

were first on episode two which was really the first episode what were we

talking about. So we discussed my me testing positive for substance called

Osterine which resulted in me getting banned for four years from a limp it

was a wait the thing. And was that the maximum amount of time you could be

banned for? Yes it was the longest ban you can receive in the sport and obviously

it was something that was very difficult for me to discuss on the podcast

because it's something that I hadn't spoken about and you know I discussed the

full ordeal of me attempting to prove my innocence and the fact that you know

the positive test wasn't something that happened knowingly and yeah it was
