You know, it's, we're in the studio, right?

The podcast studio.

And I feel like it's been a hot minute since we've been in here doing this.

And I miss Dave.

He's over here.

But it's good to be back in the studio, as it were.

Yes, it is, Bob.

And every time we come in, there's more stuff.

Ben's turned this into a collection room. Look at this. We got a new, what is this thing over here?

See, right? There's new posters on the wall. There's new stuff over there. Who knows what's going on. All I know is Dino is still here with me. So all is good. Bob, we recently interviewed Linda McKissick. We did. And wow, let me just say that, right? One of the things that came out of that is she said

something in there, and I don't remember exactly how she said it, but she talked about being a mentor.

And I haven't been able to get that out of my head in a while. So I went out, I did a little research

for us, and that's what we're going to talk about today. Right. We're going to talk about

making a difference, making an impact. Today we're not going to necessarily cover the make more

money part. But we're going to talk about being a mentor. Bob, what is a mentor? Like the dictionary

I mean, to me. Well, I have the dictionary in front of me, but I'm just putting you on the spot.

I'm like, I wasn't ready dictionary in front of me, but I'm just putting you on my definition.
