You know, folks, since we started covering this case, of course, the case I'm referring to is Ruby Frankie and her business partner, Jody Hildebrandt.

And as we know, Ruby Frankie and a business partner were charged with six felonies each

after Ruby Frankie's 12-year-old son climbed to a window to get help for himself and his 10-year-old sister.

And they were arrested, Ruby and Jody were arrested separately, of course, but for child abuse.

The rest followed the escape of Ruby Frankie's 12-year-old son, who already said was malnourished.

And the police also said that Frankie's malnourished 10-year-old daughter was found in Hildebrand's home.

So Ruby Frankie is a mother of six, and she rose to fame, as we know,

from the podcast that she had for several years eight passengers, and she was a vlogger.

On Friday, the county attorney in Washington County, Utah, announced the six formal charges

against Frankie and Hildebrand saying that counts relate, again, to two of Frankie's children

10 and 12 years old.

They don't want to give their names, of course, because of their age.

Each defendant is accused of causing or

permitting serious physical injury to the victims in three different ways a combination of multiple

physical injuries or torture starvation or malnutrition that jeopardizes life and causing severe

emotional harm.
