We missed you guys last week. Yes, we did not upload an episode. It was sad.

It was weird not having a podcast.

Yeah, it was, but we went to Florida and we took kind of like a Sabbath and just kind of took the week off.

But we are back and ready to attack the topic of social media in all that it entails, which is both good and negative, depending on how you use it.

And you are the user.

So you can't go out on Blamin who you're following because you're the one consuming it. So let's just kind of unpack that.

Yeah, I mean, you said it best, honey, that social media can be a huge blessing.

And I think it isn't a lot of ways and it is used for good. But at the same time, it has the capacity to be highly toxic and used for the bad for bad reasons and bad purposes.

So and still, I think there's a third category where social media is kind of just morally neutral or indifferent.

Words not necessarily a great thing or bad thing, but it's just kind of a stagnant thing.

You know, and that could pose challenges in different ways. So we kind of want to unpack that. And I think our Sabbath trip to Florida, which is kind of a joke because I said a tongue in cheek because we did work and felt like we had a lot of stuff going on there.

So it wasn't like we just sat on the beach for 15 hours a day.

I wish.

But you know, that don't play into this as well too. It's kind of some of the things that got revealed to us on that trip. So with that, I want to kind of touch on.

Well, yes. So I think one thing that a lot of you have probably realized by now is that the internet and social media and all of this is never going to go away.

Right? Like if that's not it's not I don't think that's really going to happen. Like it's all the change.

Right. But I think this whole idea of technology and inner connectivity. That's all going to just growing.

Right. And so we've grown up in the generation where I didn't have cell phones. People didn't carry phones around with them.

But I like I feel like we grew up in the area in the era that technology also grew up in.

So we have like evolved with it and grown with it and kind of like learned how to use it.
