north of the border. I'm John Sossier Fox News. I'm top-ranking Biden

administration officials wrapping up a visit to Mexico meeting with

President Oberdoor there. They discuss the ongoing

influx of migrant crossings in the US Southern border. Fox's Grady Triple

recaps the meeting. The Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Myorkas called

that meeting very productive but we didn't really get any

specifics from him or Secretary of State Anthony Blinking. The details we're

getting are from Mexico. It's President Oberdor this morning said the two sides

agreed to open rail crossings at the border that had been closed because of the

surge of migrants. He says fentanyl, a critical issue for the US barely came up and in the meantime

Democratic mayors in New York Chicago and Denver are calling on the Biden

administration to do more to help them deal with the influx of migrants in their cities.

New York's Mayor Eric Adams announcing an executive order that requires charter buses carrying migrants to a city to provide 32 hours notice and of their arrival.

The movement in response to Texas Governor Greg Abbott sending migrants on buses

to so-called sanctuary cities like New York. A second American held hostage by Hamas has been confirmed dead.

President Biden in a statement reacting to news of her death says that she's believed

to have been killed October 7th.

President Biden says in a statement the tragic development learning that

Judith Weinstein is dead but was also killed on October 7th cuts deep on the

heels of last week's news that her husband Gadi Hagai was also killed. A

hostage group in Israel confirmed his death last week.
