with Egypt's president and Israel's cabinet to let humanitarian aid into Gaza from Egypt.

At Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany on his way home from Israel, President Biden

said he talked to Egypt's president on the phone and he agreed to let up to 20 trucks

of humanitarian aid into Gaza. More may be allowed in later.

If Hamas confiscates it or doesn't let it get through or just confiscates it, then it's

going to end because we're not going to send it into humanitarian aid to Hamas.

The president said the State Department is still working on getting Americans out of Gaza

who want to get out. When asked if he was disappointed that Jordan's king and Egypt's

president cancelled their meeting while he was there, he said no. When asked if it was

important that he be an Israel in person to get this done, he quipped,
