Menendez, again, says he will not resign.

The senior senator from New Jersey spoke to his caucus behind closed doors today, the

first time since pleading not guilty to bribery charges.

Fox has learned Menendez explicitly told Democrats he will not resign, despite more than

half wanting him to go.

Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman is one of them.

He says he's ready to pursue other avenues to remove Menendez, like expulsion.

The Senate hasn't expelled a member in over a century, mostly oversighting with Confederacy.

It hasn't censured anyone since Dave Durinburg or in 1990, over misuse of campaign funds.

Fox is eye to Hosni on Capitol Hill. Menendez is accused of accepting brides in exchange

for using his political influence to advance Egyptian interests and do favors for local

businessmen. They are a threat to democracy. President Biden with his strongest warning

yet about four president Trump and his allies.

My friends, they're not hiding their attacks. They're openly promoting them, attacking the

free press as the enemy of the people, attacking the rule of law as an impediment, forming

and voter suppression in election subversion.

The president's speaking in Tempe, Arizona, celebrating a library to be built in honor of

late Arizona Senator John McCain. The president branded the Make America great again movement

as an existential threat to the political system in the U.S.

Time is running out for the House to come to an agreement on a bill that would keep

the government running.
