low, but the storm is still

wreaking havoc on coastal

areas along the Atlantic.

feet of water all across

downtown Norfolk, but really

the reports coming in of damage

across the state of Virginia

were minor in comparison to what we

have seen play out just to the south

of us in North Carolina.

We're getting reports of four to

six feet of storm surge in

communities like Bell Haven,
