A deadly shooting in Jacksonville, I'm Grinnell Scott Fox News. Officials in Florida have

identified the gunman accused of killing three people in a Jacksonville dollar general

store. The sheriff says the shooter's manifesto reveals he was specifically tarnishing black

people. Here's Fox's Brian Yennis. The Jacksonville sheriff also identified the three

black victims in this shooting as 52-year-old Angela Carr, 29-year-old Gerald Gallion, and

19-year-old AJ Lugwere, Jr. The three were gunned down outside and inside that dollar

general store by Ryan Paul Metter, a 21-year-old white man who lived with his parents and had

no prior arrests. Police say he was spotted putting on a bulletproof vest and a mask at

a nearby historically black college before going to the dollar general store and firing

11 rounds into a vehicle killing Miss Carr. He then shot the two men inside the store

before killing himself. Now, the shooter used an AR-15 assault type rifle with swastika's

drawn on it. He also had a glauck handgun. President Biden released a statement following

the shooting saying white supremacy has no place in America. In the state of Florida,

preparing for what will likely be the first hurricane to make landfall this Atlantic

season, forecasters expect the tropical storm Idalia to reach tropical or to reach hurricane

strength by Tuesday. In terms of resources, we have mobilized 1100 national guardsmen and

they have at their disposal 2400 high water vehicles as well as 12 aircraft that can be used

for rescue and recovery efforts. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, timing of the storm,
