killed as Russian missiles blasted Ukraine's capital in the heaviest bombardment of the city in almost four months.

In the Ukrainian capital of Kiev, the country's largest children's hospital was hit by a

Russian missile. That interrupted heart surgeries. It forced child cancer

patients to have to take their treatments

outdoors at least two staff members were reportedly killed there while five

others died in other strikes across Keith. This daytime Russian barrage

targeted five Ukrainian cities with more than 40

missiles of different types. That's according to Ukrainian President Velodemirs

Olenski. At least 31 people were killed. More than 150 people were hurt all across the country.

Russia claims they did not target the children's hospital and that all of their targets

were military infrastructure.

Fox is Bill Malooge in the State Department accusing Russia of targeting civilians.

These are sites that serve no military purpose.
