A pause in the Georgia case against former President Trump.

And Appeals Court has halted the election interference case against

former President Trump and others in Georgia, while it reviews the lower court

judge's ruling allowing Fulton County DA Fannie Willis to remain on the case.

No more motions, no more testimony until they decide whether Fannie Willis can continue in her role.

Keep in mind, this case has already been delayed for months.

There was some testimony dramatic on national television when it was learned that the prosecutor and the

DA were involved in a romantic relationship.

The big question whether that relationship began before or after that chief

prosecutor Nathan Wade was hired he was a lawyer with little experience no

felony experience he mainly handled traffic violation suddenly he was the head of a chief racketeering case.

House Republicans accusing President Biden's brother, James, and son, Hunter, of lying

to Congress while under oath as part of the impeachment investigation into President

Biden.

Republicans accused Hunter of not telling the truth about his role at a Biden family holding

company.

They say the firm received millions of dollars from foreigners who met

with then Vice President Biden. The House says James Biden claims he was not at a

meeting with his brother, but documents indicate otherwise.

Prosecution is now up to Attorney General Merrick Garland.
