It seems that the Marines may in fact have been drinking with and even wrestling with the teens before the all out brawl began. And in the one video we have seen and studied closely, the three Marines are walking away from the crowd when one of the girls in the group appears to strike one of the Marines in the back of the head.

And that Marine then rushes the group, possibly targeting the girl boxes Jonathan Hunt in a statement the Marine Corps said they are aware and are looking into the incident.

Two more Republicans had to announce their presidential bids, former Vice President Mike Pence will officially launch his campaign next week in Iowa.

The largest oil refinery in the Midwest agrees to a record setting payout to settle charges of pollution.

BP products North America will pay $40 million. The largest settlement ever under the Clean Air Act or charges that it's Indiana refinery and white in violated federal law by releasing pollutants into the air and waste water.

The 134 year old refinery is the largest in the Midwest and the sixth largest nationally processing about 440,000 barrels of crude oil daily.

As part of the settlement BP will also invest around $200 million in improvements with environmental groups praising the deal as holding polluters accountable.

Jeff Manasso Fox News 13 coal companies owned by the family of West Virginia governor Jim Justice are being sued over unpaid penalties for pre-examination.

The United States has been working for the United States for the past few years to make up for the latest penalties for previous mining law violations.

Smoke from Canadian wildfires is affecting the northeastern U.S.

Wildfires have been burning for weeks in Canada and now smoke from them has reached New York, Maine and Connecticut, even prompting air quality alerts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

It's not uncommon for Canadian wildfires smoke to reach the U.S. but it's usually states in the northwestern part of the country that are affected.

Fox Nova Scotia has forced tens of thousands from their homes and some people hundreds of miles away in Boston say they could smell the smoke from it.

Forecasters with the National Weather Service say the winds could even bring smoke as far as to the mid-Atlantic region.
