The feud heats up. I'm Lisa Lacerra. Fox News. A federal judge will take up arguments this week in Harvard's challenge to the Trump administration blocking foreign students.

A federal judge in Boston has already temporarily blocked the Trump administration from preventing Harvard University from enrolling foreign students.

Judge Allison Burroughs told lawyers she'll consider the case Thursday. Harvard is seeking a permanent injunction.

The legal challenge is just part of an escalating conflict

between the Ivy League institution and the Trump administration.

President Trump accuses Harvard of fostering anti-Semitism and radical views.

The administration has frozen more than $3 billion in grants and contracts with Harvard and is now

urging federal agencies to cut all remaining financial ties with the school.

Fox is Jared Halper at the White House. The Trump administration has filed an emergency appeal

asking the Supreme Court to halt a judge's order on deportations to South Sudan.

Judge Brian Murphy and Paulston found the White House unquestionably violated his order that people will be given a chance to raise objections before being sent to a country that would put them in danger.

Two more escapees from the breakout of New Orleans jail earlier this month have been caught.

Authorities have now recaptured all but two of the dangerous fugitives in this 12-day manhunt.

Three of them were arrested last night and two came together after a high-speed chase just north of

Houston, Texas.

So far, 14 suspected accomplices have been arrested.

The federal government has announced it's no longer recommending COVID vaccines for healthy children and pregnant women.

There was a theory that people would need the COVID vaccine every year in perpetuity.

So a young girl born today would need 80 COVID shots in her average 80 year lifespan.
