The Secretary of State Marco Rubio echoing President Trump's demand that any deal will Iran be a good one or there won't be a deal at all.

Many Republicans concerned, though, this deal could be far too lenient on Iran.

Let's go to the White House to get more from Fox's Peter Ducey.

The Secretary of State Marco Rubio saying the straight of Hormuz is going to open one way or the other.

The Iranians, according to Iranian state media, are saying, we'll open up the straight,

just take $24 billion of frozen money of ours, and unfreeze it.

Some Republicans very unhappy at the prospect of paying Iran anything. Ted Cruz

wrote on Saturday, if the result of all this is to be an Iranian regime still run by Islamists

who chant death to America, now receiving billions of dollars, being able to enrich uranium

and develop nuclear weapons and having effective control over the Strait of Hormuz,

then that outcome would be a disastrous mistake. President Trump vows Iran must never have a nuclear weapon. He proposed turning over its enriched uranium to the U.S. to be destroyed or destroy it

abroad with nuclear regulators as witnesses. Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen warned Sunday the

deals proposed terms would give Iran greater leverage.

Vice President Jady Vance now acting as President Trump's so-called fraud czar and head of the administration's anti-fraud task force,

hosting a roundtable at the White House with 15 state attorneys general discussing the latest in efforts to root out abuse in state and federal health care programs around the country.

Vice President Vance says the efforts are not partisan.

Everybody should care about fraud.

Everybody should care about rooting out fraud.
