U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams giving President Trump's lawyers until June 12 to respond to a call for her to look into the president's settlement with the IRS that led to the nearly $1.8 billion anti-weaponization fund.

The president had sued the IRS for $10 billion over the leak

of previous tax returns, but the DOJ revealing last week that a settlement was reached, creating

the fund for payments to people described as victims of government weaponization. The judge now

demanding answers after she says 35 former federal judges urged her to reopen the case.

Pretty quiet so far except for that drum behind me.

There's about 200 protesters here out in front of the ICE detention center.

About half of them are dressed like

ordinary civilians, but about half of them are kidded out for a potential battle later in the night.

They've got helmets on, they've got goggles, they've got gas masks, some of them even have

knee pads on for a fight later in the night. There's been a lot of protests about the conditions

inside this detention center. Some of the people inside saying the food has no variety. At times it's rancid.
