The plan is to meet Monday to get closer to a deal.

for dialogue.

whistleblowers were testifying on Capitol Hill.

Revelations of Americans being surveilled came out and it started Monday with the long-awaited

report by special counsel John Durham, which concluded that the FBI did not have sufficient

evidence to open a probe into then-candidate Donald Trump back in 2016.

And that FBI personnel should have known to vet the information since it was coming from

a political opponent.

Durham stated the department and FBI failed to uphold their important mission of strict fidelity

to the law.

Democrats claimed the findings about Trump were from a politically biased investigator,
