There's still trying to make a debt limit deal.

This time for Republicans to accept that there is no bipartisan deal to be made solely

solely on their partisan terms.

President Biden said that before leaving the G777 in Japan.

Then he spoke by phone on the way home with House Speaker Kevin McCarthy before they

need today.

Now McCarthy keeps demanding spending cuts be attached to an increase in U.S. borrowing.

We have to spend less than this last year.

Progressives have been leery of how much the president might be willing to give up to

Speaker McCarthy.

But this timeline we're talking about is tighter than even what the calendar right

showcase.

June 1st is the day the Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has given for when the debt limit

must be resolved if not a default with worldwide implications would follow.

Ms. Fox's Alexandria Hoth President Biden met with Ukraine's leader at the summit pledging

to train Ukrainian pilots to fly U.S. made 500 fighter jets to battle Russia as we

get an update on the casualties of that war.

Since Russia launches full scale invasion, February 24, 2022, 42,000 Ukrainian civilians have

been killed.

Russian forces have suffered 50,000 killed, 180,000 wounded and Ukrainian forces have suffered

20,000 killed, 130,000 wounded.
