Montana becomes the first day to completely ban the video sharing app TikTok.

Montana's law now signed by the state's Republican governor prohibits any downloads of TikTok

in the state and would find any quote entity, meaning an app store or TikTok itself, $10,000

per day for each time someone quote, is offered the ability to access the social media.

How exactly that is enforceable seems an open question, but the ban has come about because

there is increasing concern among lawmakers nationwide and at the FBI and other agencies

over TikTok, which is owned by a Chinese tech company called Byte Dance.

Fox is Jonathan Hunt in a statement TikTok said it wants to reassure Montana and that

they can continue to use TikTok as it works to defend the rights of its users inside

and outside of the state.

By a vote of 2204, the House has voted to refer an expulsion resolution to the ethics committee

for New York Republican George Santos, who was admitted to lying about his background

was indicted last week for financial crimes.

Britain's Prince Harry and his wife Megan claim they were the target of paparazzi last

night when they say who they say chased them around New York City for two hours.

According to published reports, the paparazzi were in a half dozen vehicles with blacked

out windows driving on sidewalks, running red lights and driving the wrong way on a one-way

street to try and get their shot.
