Efforts to stop an invasion. I'm Kathleen Maloney Fox News. The White House

recently withheld a shipment of weapons to Israel out of concern they would be

used in a military strike on Rafa.

Fox's Stephanie Bennett reports something else is being offered to prevent the

invasion. The Biden administration is offering Israel very important intelligence information but only if they're going to stop invading

Rafa and the Washington Post is reporting the information could help the Israeli military pinpoint the location of Hamas leaders and find the group's hidden tunnels,

according to four people familiar with the U.S.

Now this comes as the Israeli military has issued more evacuations from Rafa and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and

his military leaders say the operation serves two main goals to eliminate Hamas and get the

hostages back.

So far negotiations have failed to produce a second ceasefire.

Hamas leadership and Israeli officials are expected to resume ceasefire talk soon in Cairo.

Russian President Putin proposes replacing longtime defense minister

Sergei Soygu, appointing him instead as Secretary of Russia's National Security

Council. Putin proposes Andre Bellersov as the new defense minister,

the reshuffling coming as Putin starts his fifth presidential term

and as the war in Ukraine drags on for a third year.

In line with Russian law, the entire Russian cabinet resigned Tuesday following Putin's

glittering inauguration at the Kremlin.

There's been a strong earthquake near the border between Mexico and Guatemala,

6.4 magnitude according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

There is some damage and some landslides but no reports of casualties.
