Questions in Gaza, I'm Jack Callahan, Fox News, reported between Hamas fighters and

Israeli Defence Forces, including in an area in Central Gaza where the IDF says

Hamas is regrouping.

Israel also ordering new evacuations in Gaza's southern city of Rafa,

a State Department report inconclusive on whether Israel has violated international law in its pursuit of Hamas.

An assessment of countries receiving U.S. military aid concedes Israel has confronted an extraordinary

military challenge in Gaza, and while inconclusive it is reasonable

to assess U.S. made weapons have been used in instances inconsistent with international

humanitarian law but the report required by Congress adds Israel's overall commitment to international

law is not disproven by individual violations. The U.S. government says while there are

deep concerns with action taken by Israel

there is not an assessment the Israeli government is prohibiting or restricting humanitarian

assistance in Gaza.
