The federal judge rules the Trump administration can't deport migrants to Libya without giving them a hearing.

There have been reports the Trump administration's going to deport migrants from Vietnam, Laos, and the Philippines to Libya, even though Washington has condemned Libya's

treatment of detainees. A U.S. District judge ruled that deporting migrants to Libya would violate

a prior court order that says safety concerns for those migrants must be considered.

The ruling comes after migrant rights advocates made an emergency

request to the court to block the Trump administration from letting migrants get flown to Libya.

Officials in the African nation say they have not coordinated with the U.S. about migrants.

Even as Treasury Secretary Scott Besson is said to meet with Chinese officials this weekend.

We were losing with China on trade a trillion dollars a year. More, actually. One point in one,

but let's say a trillion. You know what we're losing now? Nothing. That's not bad.

Right now, the U.S. has imposed 145% tariffs on Chinese goods,

while China has put 125% tariffs on U.S. products.

New tariffs on prescription drugs are expected to come later this month.

Cardinals began the process of selecting a new pope today.
