and it's set to cut, if not zero outspending on many government programs. The package eliminating

dollars from every department except the VA and transportation. Space programs are safe too.

Still lawmakers must greenlight the plan.

The House Freedom Caucus declared, quote, this is how you break the swamp. The package

knives housing programs by 40 percent and acts as the labor and interior departments by 30 percent.
