Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is asking for a postponance. He files an appeal

after Manhattan judge ruled a former prosecutor from his office can be questioned about the

case against more president Trump.

The ruling in the matter according to the judge came down to a single question. Could

Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg thwart a subpoena brought on by in the court's opinion of valid

legislative purpose? The judge said Bragg did not. DA Bragg hoped to keep Mark Pomeran

so former staffer from being deposed as Bragg's office pursues felony charges against former

president Donald Trump.
