I'm Dave Anthony Fox News, Andrew Lester, the white 84 year old man charged with shooting

and wounding a black teenager last week in Kansas City, Missouri, freed last night on

bond, doing court today.

Lee merits the attorney for Tina Ralph Yarl's family, called to the heat crime.

Now Lester is charged with assault and armed criminal action.

According to police and the county prosecutor, Lester answered his door when Yarl came to

his home, thinking he was at another house.

Lester, thinking it was a robbery, fired a gun twice, causing two wounds, won each

to Yarl's head and his arm.

The teen survived the shooting and is now recovering at home.

Fox has grown all-scottom and in Maine's charge with murder accused of killing four people

yesterday at a home in Bowden, then shooting at cars on a highway wounding three people.

In Massachusetts, 21-year-old Jack T. Sherep, he set for a detention hearing today in

federal court in Boston.

He was arrested at his home in Massachusetts and charged last week with the unauthorized

removal, retention, and a transmission of classified and national defense documents

that the FBI says T. Sherep posted online to impress friends.
