former President Trump to delay or move his Manhattan-Hush money trial.

The defense arguing the former president faces real

potential prejudice as a defendant in Democratic-leaning Manhattan and also

pushed to lift a gag order preventing him from publicly commenting on members of

the court and their families.

The former president has pleaded not guilty to 34 felony counts,

charged with falsifying business records to cover up payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election.

This the first of his four criminal indictments set to go to trial,
