a big reelection rally. I'm Paul Stevens, Fox News, President Biden taking his pro-labor

record to Philadelphia on Saturday.

A huge number of jobs were creating won't require a college degree, but that paid above

$100,000 a year. Who's going to get these jobs?

President actually took the stage about 30 minutes ahead of schedule and added some volume

to what has been a quiet campaign season at the White House so far. This day, you reelection

rally was hosted by the AML CIO, that's a federation of about 60 unions. They just lent their

endorsement to the president recently. Curliest in history, they say. The president is speaking

here called himself the most pro-labor president in U.S. history, accusing other politicians

of not being able to say the word union for 2020 labor unions did give president Biden a boost.

They can't release some of the losses that Democrats had faced among middle class workers

in 2016.

And Mr. Biden's approval rating is hovering around 40%, 25% of Democrats say they might

consider another candidate. Better late than never Secretary of State Antony Blinken

starting a two-day trip today to China.

Spy balloons, close calls in the sky and of course Taiwan, the United States and China haven't

had the friendliest first half of 2023. But both countries say they want to get the relationship

back on track and four months after he cancelled Secretary Blinken is finally in Beijing.

The State Department says he has three objectives to open lines of communication to avoid miscalculations,

to speak up for American interests and to find ways the two nations can cooperate.
