We are watching Brussels for a Brexit deal concessions by the EU to entice the British to stay within the common market.

We shall see how those negotiations go today.

The city is nervous.

The footsy is down 16 points right now 3 tenths of 8% but the rest of the world is

risk on this morning. The technical analysts may tell us this is a bounce but for the moment we're seeing a D correlation

among many asset classes in Europe right now the stock 600 up by

three points nine-tenth of a percent the Dax 145 points higher, that's 1.6%.

Here in the United States, futures are pointing to a higher open, which would be the fourth

straight day of stock gains if that can be sustained
