So I think the biggest thing that I would tell people is that if they do feel stuck,

if that's a situation they're in, then prepare for this to be one of the hardest things

they've ever taken on because this is something that you'll have to really be able to

commit to almost as a second job.

And if you're going to try to condense that into an hour at night or two hours or

night or giving up your weekends to make this work, you're going to need to find a reason to

do that and to break the mold and the norm.
