It's one of my favorite times of the year. So welcome into the show. This is a time to

kind of reassess where we are as we plan for 2022 and beyond. And I love this time of year. My

birthday is December 31st, Christmas time, holidays, it's a good time, you know, business kind of slows down,

maybe every other business except for real estate.

We kind of gear up, this is our crazy time of year.

But I like to get out my journal,

I like to sit down, like to plan,

and like to think about my financial

goals for the new year.
