Hey, why don't you tell everybody a little bit about yourself Leo, so we can get to know you better?

Sure. So I technically started in real estate. Let's call it 2007, 2008. I was in the pre-sale

marketing world, so doing pre-sale sales.

We were doing, you know, condos, recreational properties.

My first actual, Leo, this is your sales job

was in a recreational area called Peachland

in British Columbia, and that was June

July 2008 so obviously you know it didn't go well so things really took a turn

for me I would define recreation what do you mean recreational properties?

Well, so this project was attached to a Relay and Chateau hotel.

So there was 20 really, really nice kind of manor homes on this benchland,

so on this perch looking at the water.

It wasn't waterfront, but the view was with

the lake and what it is is people buy those a second home so a lot of people from

Alberta were buying there but realistically long story short you know obviously summer

2008 happened first thing to, you know, feel it was the recreational side.

And we, I think we sold one home, I never got paid from it and I had to move back to Vancouver. I called my boss at the time and said,
