So let's get down to the nitty gritty.

First of all, tell us a little bit about who you are so

we can get to know you better.

You know thank you so much and I want a caveat first as I go and I frame who I am and where I've come from I just want I want to just throw this phrase out there

that if a nobody from nowhere can become a somebody from someplace and I was able to do it then you're able to do it.

And so my background story based on that pat is I came from the way of the school of Hard Knox, grew up in a split family, was on my own at

16, dropped out of high school in 10th grade, got my first wife pregnant when I was 18,

had my first son at 19 went on to have five kids before

I entered real estate and when I entered real estate I was a single dad with five kids,

having come off a massive depressing divorce

needing to reinvent myself and needing to find a better way
