You know, I was telling everyone I, you know, I get all these crazy emails. They're basically spam. I don't know if they're robots. it's always like, you know, a hypnotist or a life coach or, you know, a guru on a mountain. And they're like, have them on the podcast. I'm like, it's not really relevant, you know, but I saw your email come in. Equitable Mediation. That's the name of your company. And you do. You mediate divorce. I do. I mean, just saying it. I'm like, this just saying it i'm like this guy's got to know this guy's got to know the hardest the most challenging interpersonal conflicts out there yeah absolutely

and you see people make the same mistakes over and over and you just like sometimes you just you know

your work day ends and you're like oh my god

you know did i saw this train coming down the tracks like 300 miles ago you did not see this how did

you not see this and that that's really part of the maddening part of this because you know as a mediator

you're a neutral third party so you got to kind of stay hands off and you know,

you got to just kind of help people forward and guiding them gently. And then there's just

sometimes, you know, you just shake your head, you know, you just face playing.

You know, so, but, you know, as they say, what is it? Not my circus, not my monkeys. So

there you go. Wow, look at you. You even know the Reddit phrases. I love it. Well, we're going to go into the business and ask you lots of questions. I'm super excited for that. But I asked you to bring either an I'm the asshole or an AITA. You haven't told me anything. So I'm just, I can't wait to hear. Oh, yeah. Oh, absolutely. So one of the bad things about being a mediator, you know, I've been married over 20 years now,

and, you know, you've witnessed such terrible behavior a lot of the times that you know

exactly what not to do.

And so it's really hard to get away with anything at home because obviously you kind of know what's going on. And something

you and I talked about, and I think it would be very funny to share with the audience is that my wife

and I, you know, my wife is a divorce coach and I'm a divorce mediator. So you would imagine that we
