But I do think the filings we're going to discuss today are very

clear and they are not written in a way that are meant to be confusing because

they stick with the law and of course we are talking about the state of Indiana's

response to the writ of mandamus in the Delphi murders case as well as Judge Gull's own response.

Yeah, and so you guys are getting a two for this week.

Yesterday we talked about the transcript of the hearing,

and now we're talking more about what's going on now

with a mandamus and what's going to happen.

Trying to answer some of the questions that you guys have had and just provide some clarity

on how we think things are going to go.

As we're going to tell you, it's always hard to predict how the High Court is going to do anything,

but we're going to do our best and then, you know, they will grade our papers.

We'll find out exactly what we get wrong and what we got right and hopefully a few

weeks. Am I being too optimistic? A few weeks maybe? I guess we'll see. Let's dive in. So at this point, Baldwin Rosie goes to speak to Alan.
