Transcriptorial is not, which is what I was thinking of it first.

I actually like that word better, but it's fine. Doesn't it kind of sound like a conspiracy like oh how

transcriptorial of you to say that.

I love it.

But transcriptional I think more of a concert rather than the transcribing of transcripts of what happens

in a courtroom or in chambers.

Maybe this is enough hints for you guys to know what we're talking about and that is yes

there is another Delphi update we shouldn't call them updates they should just be

called dates because they're not up of anything nothing's happened but

whenever anything happens in the Delphi case people kind of lose their minds and they act as if the world is falling apart or this is the most, you know, earth-shattering thing that has happened.

And yes, a couple of things have happened.

A transcript of the Inchambers conversation with former counsel for Richard Allen and Judge Gull, as well as the prosecution, was released,

as well as two filings, one by Relator Judge Gull and one by the state in response to the writ of mandamus that has been filed on

behalf of former counsel of Richard Allen to be reinstated as his counsel.
