longtime real estate investor, founder of the full service rental real estate company called Morris Invest.

The company that builds with our team in different locations around the country multiple

brand new construction homes

and place tenants with our property management teams

into those properties.

Here's an example of one our new construction properties.

And then our clients purchase them from us and they get a cash flowing rental property fully managed with a great team for years to come.

Our goal is not just to sell a house but to build a long-term

relationship with our clients so that they can have a cash-flowing property for

many many years to come. So when I got started in my real estate investing journey there were a few things

that I was doing that led to my success. There were a few things I wasn't doing that held me back from

explosive success.

Today on the show, I want to talk about

what it takes to become a successful real estate investor,

including, we're gonna talk about this, including some of the habits and mindset

shifts that are a common theme among wealthy investors, because the truth is most top investors did not build their wealth by chance.

Successful investing is the result of dedication, planning, and I hate to use this term because it's such a cliche and it's kind of a business term, but paradigm shifts.

The reason we constantly make apologies for using this term paradigm shifts is because it's a really great way to describe what it is.
