As always, thank you so much for listening. Thank you for supporting me. And today, I want to talk about the power of responding quickly. This is a very, very specific thing, but it's something I feel very passionately about because there is a moment that happens literally

dozens and dozens of times a day that it's so small at this point that we don't really notice

it where your phone buzzes or an email comes in or a thought comes across your mind, something

you should do, something you should act on.

And you think, I should reply to that.

And then just as quickly, another thought enters your mind.

I'll do it later.

And I think most of us live in that gap.

And not necessarily like the moment itself, but like the space between having an intention

and living in action, the delay, the soft, not a huge delay, just a soft delay. It's like a

harmless delay. It's a harmless, I'll do it later, that compounds in life into something that

ends up being more consequential than we might think. We tend to think of success as a function

of intelligence and talent and discipline, perhaps.

But I think there is a small variable that small that doesn't get named, but it matters

just as much.

And that's the talent of speed.

And I'm not talking about speed in the sense of rushing through work or cutting corners

or, you know, just being irresponsible. But I'm talking, I'm talking very specifically about speed
