Hey Friend! Do you feel overwhelmed by fear, anxiety, or an unshakable sense of dread? Does it seem like you're constantly under attack from every angle, weighed down by worries and maybe even sadness? Are you struggling to focus because of all that's happening around you? I’ve come to realize that this constant noise - the fear, the worry, the sadness - is a spiritual battle. We aren’t simply wrestling with our thoughts or feelings. The Bible reminds us that "we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world." These plans and ploys of the enemy often manifest as the anxieties and distractions that keep us from living with clarity and intention. But we don’t have to stay stuck in this cycle. Today, I'm sharing how you can silence the noise, and overcome these distractions. When we focus on faith rather than fear, we can step into the work God has for us with peace and confidence. 0:00.0	If you are anything like me, you have been attacked from every angle with fear, worry, anxiety, sadness. I explained it the other day to one of my friends as this feeling of dread.
0:19.7	And it's like I just was carrying it around with me. Well, what I have come to realize in the past couple of weeks
0:28.5	is that this is all simply noise. I truly believe now more than ever Satan is
0:37.5	attacking us for we know just as Ephesians 612 says we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers,
0:46.7	authorities, cosmic powers over the present darkness against spiritual forces of evil in the
0:52.2	heavenly places.
0:53.4	We are constantly battling these plans, ploys, and tricks
0:58.8	from the enemy.
0:59.7	And I believe that those things are actually manifesting as worries, anxieties, things that we are focusing our fear on instead of those whispers of God in which we're called to focus our faith on. So today we're going to have a

1:19.2	overcome distraction so we can hear God's call so that we can step into the purpose work that he has for us in peace in Jesus name.
